Being a part of an amazing group of women that support each other and are active in the community is extremely important to me – on a professional level, but also on a personal level. I love that LBB is constantly networking and holding events to help one another reach our maximum potential.

My main reason for joining LBB:

Community Involvement, Professional Development, Social Interaction

My Bio:

I graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2012 and worked for a small town, critical access hospital for 5 years building their retail/community pharmacy from the ground up. I am blessed to have had such a unique experience “climbing the corporate ladder” to Director of Retail Pharmacy at such an early age. However, after marrying my husband and moving to St. Charles, it became very clear to us that continuing in that position and starting a family would be very difficult. I wanted a career that would give me a work-life balance that would allow me to be present with my family, and we wanted to raise our family here in St. Charles. So I left my position in December 2017, gave birth to our first child – our daughter Avery – in August 2018, and soon began to investigate my options for starting my own pharmacy consulting business building off of what I had already learned.

Currently, I offer consulting services for local independent pharmacies, helping them expand into additional services that benefit their customers as well as provide an additional revenue stream for the pharmacy. I also provide these pharmacies with consulting services from a business standpoint, assisting them with analyzing their gross profit margin. My next step is expanding services into local physicians’ clinics/offices to provide medication therapy management services to their patients.

Outside of my career – the reason I do what I do – is to be able to provide for my family, be involved in my community, and vacation all over the world. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing volleyball, and spoiling my daughter and 3 dogs – Cujo (after Curtis Joseph), Oshie, and Gretzky. And if you haven’t figured it out yet, my husband and I are crazy Blues fans!

I am a start-up micro-school and would love to raise awareness of the educational alternative we provide bright and quirky learners as well as to learn how to be a successful entrepreneur

My main reason for joining LBB:

  • Community Involvement,
  • Professional Development

My Bio:

Eliza Rivas, Founder/Head of School of Lighthouse International, is an award-winning educator with 20 years of experience working with young people. Her time in the classroom gave her first-hand experience with the limitations of traditional education as she watched the light dim in so many bright and quirky learners. She desperately fought to keep that light alive as she has also witnessed the wonders learners are capable of when given the freedom to reach their potential. However, watching the light in her own curious and passionate child flicker under the weight of conformity and routine, she determined to find a better way. Lighthouse International will be the first Acton Academy affiliate in the state of Missouri. We are a network of passionate and principled entrepreneurs driven by a singular mission to guide young people to realize their full potential and live exceptional lives. We invite learners to begin their very own Hero’s Journey as we inspire, equip, and connect them to find a calling and change the world.

My Bio:

I am the owner of Marlene Robinson Health and Wellness Coaching. I am a certified Health and Life Coach from Health Coach Institute. I am 58 years old, married, 2 children and 6 grandchildren. I have been in the Fitness Industry for the past 10 years/Personal trainer.

My primary focus is helping women with weight management, nutritional counseling, stress management, body image and mindfulness through mindset and habit change. I am passionate about supporting and encouraging women to be healthy, fit and feel good in their own skin. Women put so much time into caring for others, and juggling all of their responsibilities that they end up neglecting themselves. Making real, lasting lifestyle changes isn’t the flip of a switch. It takes ongoing effort and support.

I have personally experienced having to make lifestyle changes due to the diagnosis of an Autoimmune disease that has caused chronic widespread pain. I am currently managing that through my diet, lifestyle and my faith.

I love spending time with my family and grandchildren. I enjoy riding my bike, spending time in nature, exercise, decorating and repurposing furniture. And I cannot leave out enjoying a great cup of coffee with a friend.

If you are curious about the possibilities to begin living that healthy life you desire, take action today and schedule your FREE 45-minute Discovery call.

I currently offer in-person sessions, skype, and phone consultations.

My name is Cindy Fitzgerald, I am the Owner of GlO Beauty & Tan LLC. I come from a 19-year corporate background in selling Digital Marketing to the Automotive Industry. I loved selling and changing my Auto dealers numbers in sales. It was very rewarding in many ways. As the Industry changed our positions changed, our quotas changed, totally expected. But one that our Vice President would always Every year at our Annual Meetings we always took away, “if you are not having fun selling your hearts not in it.” Well, this happened to me at the beginning of my 17th year. Without seeking another job, I held in there. Upon visiting my local tanning salon, Sun Ray’s to take a breather one afternoon I learned from the owner they were closing the doors. I was shocked. Of course, concerned for their growing family I asked the norm, “why.” Their hearts weren’t in it anymore… this sounded way familiar. I processed very quickly later that night, into the next few days I wonder if I did something completely new, such as this salon if my heard could turn it around. After looking into all the avenues, their clientele base, their beds, pricing, competitors in the area, etc. I made the biggest and probably the fastest choice to make them an offer to buy their equipment and get my own LLC. And here I am. I single individual woman entrepreneur.
