Applicant must be enrolled in or attending a four-year collegiate program. Applicants must be sponsored by, and submit a letter of recommendation from a member in good standing with Little Black Book: Women in Business.
LBB has established a scholarship to be awarded to one student who has a direct connection to a member in good standing of Little Black Book: Women in Business.
Amount of Scholarship:
Little Black Book: Women in Business will award one scholarship in the amount of $500.00 to the selected recipient.
Scholarship applications are available online at www.womenoflbb.com and are due through online submission by April 15, 2019. The LBB Scholarship Committee comprised of Rachel South, Sherry Ruyle, and Angel Magasano will select the recipients and the scholarship will be formally awarded during Wine & Workshop on May 9, 2019.
Expectations of Applicant:
Applicants must submit their essay prior to the deadline on April 15th. The LBB Scholarship Committee will select 3-5 finalists based on merit. One recipient will be selected by the committee from the finalists. All finalists are required to attend and agree to read their essays at the LBB Wine & Workshop event scheduled for May 9, 2019.
The scholarship money will be paid directly to the recipient to be used at their discretion.
