Do I have to own a business to be a member?

No. We are a diverse group of female professionals and women entrepreneurs! We welcome all women whether they work in the corporate sector or are a solopreneur or a veteran business owner.


Is the Women of LBB an industry-exclusive organization or is everyone welcome to join?

We support the woman regardless of her company. We do request only one representative per chapter per company. For example, we have multiple relators in a chapter, but we can only have one per company (ReMax, Red Key, Keller Williams, etc.)


Can I continue to attend events as a non-member?

Yes. We do request once you have attended two meetings you join. For Wine & Workshop and Ladies Who Lunch there is a $15 guest fee, a portion of this fee will go towards Toys for Tots at the end of the year. Toys for Tots is our charity of choice through the BRR Bash.


How do I get started?

Please visit our calendar, click on any event (except Members Only Meetings) and register as a non-member. It is very easy! We look forward to meeting you.

Do I have to be a member to advertise or sponsor an event or be a vendor at one of the expos?

Yes. We have at least 2 events per month where you can sponsor an event, but this is reserved for Members Only.


How do I sponsor events?

If you’re interested in sponsorship one of our events, email us at connect@womenoflbb.com for the details!


How do I share an announcement with other members?

You can announce all free events, vendor opportunities, charity functions, etc in our LBB Connect and Share Facebook group. This is a members-only perk.  If you have a recognitions like awards and newspaper articles, etc., please send them to connect@womenoflbb.com.


What charities or initiatives does Women of LBB Working Women support?

We have 3 initiatives we support throughout the year.


  • LBB Woman of the Year – this is given in January to a deserving member who exemplifies the LBB pillars. A $500 grant is given to this woman to be used in her business.   Inaugural year, 2017.
  • LBB Scholarship – this is given to a LBB family member’s (daughter, niece, granddaughter, etc) during their senior year to be used during their Freshman year in college. Inaugural year, 2018.
  • BRR Bash – this is a 40-day event where we collect toys for the Marine’s Toys For Tots. In 2016, the Women of LBB provided over 20% of the toys collected for the St Louis Area.


If I registered for an event and can’t attend may I request a refund?

Yes and No. We do not offer refunds for events. However, if you email us that you can’t attend twenty-four hours before the scheduled event we can instead apply credit toward a future event or put that credit toward your membership fees. There are no refunds on membership dues or vendor/sponsor registrations.


How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see anyone leave, but we understand sometimes life happens and we have to remove things from our calendar.  Please give us a 30-day notice by filling out the form below.  This will give us time to remove your auto-renewal, remove you from the directory and inform your chapter leaders.
