Dr. Shiloh Werkmeister is a sought-after speaker, writer, and licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma, personality disorders, and effective communication. She is the owner of Integrative Connections Counseling & Wellness Center in Troy, MO, where she integrates innovative wellness services with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

She is the author of three impactful books: Conversational Boundaries: Clinically-proven phrases and communication strategies for maintaining boundaries under pressure, Boundaries Journal: Clinically-proven prompts for exploring boundaries, and Emotion Explorers: Navigating feelings through your body, a children’s book designed to help young readers understand and process emotions.

Dr. Shiloh holds advanced degrees in Behavioral Science, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Health Professional Education. In addition to her clinical work, she is on staff at multiple universities, where she contributes her expertise in mental health and education. Dr. Shiloh’s influence extends beyond the therapy room, having supported hundreds of individuals through her online programs, equipping them with practical coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

Beverly Jenkins holds the esteemed position of Co-Founder as well as President and CEO of Refuge and Restoration Nonprofit, where she spearheads the community economic development initiative and is the visionary behind the redevelopment project known as The R&R Marketplace. Additionally, she serves as Co-Pastor and Co-Founder of Refuge and Restoration Church.

In her role as a co-founder of the nonprofit Refuge and Restoration, Beverly assumes the critical responsibility of overseeing the implementation of The R&R Marketplace, a multifaceted $20 million development project and community investment located in Dellwood, MO. She also ensures the comprehensive execution of the project’s overall construction, programming pillars, hiring strategy, and leasing of all retail spaces.

Beverly’s innate ability to build authentic relationships quickly, combined with her foresight and strategic thinking, makes her an exceptional leader. She possesses a unique talent for devising innovative and imaginative approaches to achieving objectives. Her inclusive leadership style allows her to excel in identifying unique ways to create radical change in people’s lives. She lives by her belief that “No is a complete sentence, but not always the correct answer.” She does not welcome “no” when “yes” is the only logical choice.

Beverly is a remarkable visionary leader known for launching successful initiatives that continue to thrive today. She created the Real Marriage Real Talk radio show, featured on iDisciple—one of the largest Christian platforms—and iHeartRadio, boasting over 39,000 downloads each month. In 2003, she founded Building Intimacy Marriage Retreats (BIMR), starting with just 13 couples and expanding to over 250 attendees at retreats, along with a database of 2,600 couples. Additionally, Beverly is the co-founder of Refuge and Restoration Church, which she refers to as one of the best congregations in St. Louis, affectionately describing them as a pastor’s dream.

Originally from Poplar Bluff, MO, Beverly Jenkins now calls Florissant her home. She takes immense pride in being the devoted wife of Pastor Ken Jenkins, as well as the mother of one exceptionally beautiful and brilliant daughter and three handsome, amazing sons. Furthermore, she cherishes her role as a doting grandmother to three incredible grandchildren.

Beverly’s educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management, along with several certifications, including IFF’s Stronger Nonprofit Initiative and Goldman Sachs 10K Businesses Cohort. She credits all her success unequivocally to her unwavering faith in Christ, which she believes truly defines her. Beverly firmly believes that authenticity and transparency are non-negotiable qualities for effective leadership. She understands the importance of seeing things through to completion, ensuring that, in the end, she can boldly say without reservation—“It is finished.”

Danielle Bateman Girondo is Chief Marketing Officer at Midwest BankCentre, where she leads the bank’s marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies. With over 20 years of experience spanning investment banking, private wealth management, casino operations, grocery retail, and community banking, the common thread throughout her career is guiding organizations through transition points, helping them scale for sustainable growth.

 Danielle’s data-driven and strategic approach has been instrumental in expanding the Bank’s market presence and brand strength.  Since joining MBC, she has built the marketing function from the ground up, assembling a high-performing team and implementing innovative strategies that drive both top- and bottom-line growth. She has successfully positioned the bank as a differentiated leader in a highly commoditized industry, spearheading initiatives that accelerate new customer acquisition, strengthen retention, and enhance brand equity.

 She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in strategy, marketing and entrepreneurship.  She holds a BSBA, magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis with majors in finance and accounting. Danielle has been recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Business by the St. Louis Business Journal, a Top 100 Marketing Executive by the Path to Purchase Institute and a Top Women in Grocery by Progressive Grocer.
